Global private financial group provides advisory and financing for the developer of a multi-story luxury multi-family real estate project.
SAN FRANCISCO, NOVEMBER 2023 – US Capital Global has provided customized financial advisory services and a $52 million senior construction term loan option for a company developing a multi-story upscale multi-family real estate project in the Northeastern United States “the “Company”). The development design includes nearly 200 residential units of different types, to address the housing needs of the growing population in the area, as well as a selection of commercial units. The project provides on-site parking and prioritizes sustainability with a focus on achieving LEED Silver Certification.
