US Capital Partners Provides $10 Million Term Loan for Business Holding Company
US Capital Partners, LLC has put in place scalable financing to support the expansion of a holding company for leading lower middle market growth enterprises.
SAN FRANCISCO, APRIL 2014 – US Capital Partners, LLC has provided a $10 million term loan for a diversified holding company (the “Company”) headquartered in the Northeast United States. US Capital Partners is a private investment bank that makes direct debt investments, participates in debt facilities, and arranges equity placements for small to lower middle market businesses.
As a diversified holding company for promising high-growth enterprises, the Company currently has a number of operating subsidiaries, including a service provider and two component manufacturers for the aerospace industry. The Company required additional debt financing for general business purposes and to provide liquidity for new strategic targeted equity investments. It therefore turned to US Capital Partners for assistance.

In addition, this new debt financing is specifically designed to scale as the Company continues to expand through further acquisition or organic growth.”
