San Francisco-based Private Investment Bank Advises Innovative Nanotechnology Company Serving the nearly $1 Trillion Dollar Basic Chemicals Industry

QuantumSphere plans to use the proceeds raised in this new equity offering to provide working capital for the production of nanocatalysts, purchase of fixed assets, retirement of outstanding debt, and to meet other current and future working capital needs as it pursues its growth plans.
